Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked (day-old) Brown Rice
- 3 pcs Chicken Egg, Extra Large
- 8 cloves minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Steps
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add all the garlic and fry until golden and fragrant, 1-2 minutes — do not burn it.
- Add day-old rice. Break up clumps and toss vigorously over high heat for 3-4 minutes until lightly crisped.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp soy sauce. Toss well.
- Push rice to the side. Cook eggs in the same pan — sunny-side up or scrambled.
- Serve eggs over garlic fried rice.
