Ingredients
- 1 piece Rice paper
- 1/4 piece Avocado
- 1/4 piece Cucumber
- 1/4 piece Carrot
- 1 leaf Green leaf lettuce
- 2 pieces Shrimps
- 1 piece Imitation crabmeat
- 1/2 cup Warm water
Steps
- Fill a bowl with warm water and dip the rice paper in, ensuring it is fully soaked until it softens.
- Place the softened rice paper on a dry kitchen towel for a brief pause to allow excess water to drain.
- Lay the shrimps on the softened rice paper with the pink side facing down.
- Add a lettuce leaf atop the shrimps and layer slices of avocado, cucumber, and carrot above it.
- Position the imitation crabmeat over the vegetables, ensuring an even distribution.
- Carefully fold the bottom of the rice paper up to cover the contents, roll halfway, then tuck the sides inward.
- Continue rolling the paper to completely enclose the filling, making sure the sides are secured.
- Cut the wrap in half if desired, arrange on a plate, and pair it with your choice of dipping sauce.
