Grilled Tilapia, Brown Rice, and Steamed Vegetables
Simply seasoned tilapia that actually tastes good. Salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger do the heavy lifting. A fish that is well-seasoned before grilling needs nothing after.

Ingredients
- 2 medium pcs, about 300g edible portion Tilapia
- 1.5 cups cooked Brown Rice
- 2 medium Carrots
- 150g Pechay
- 1 bundle Kangkong
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 thumb Ginger
- 3 pcs Calamansi
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Steps
- Score tilapia on both sides. Season with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Squeeze calamansi over. Rest 10 minutes.
- Brush with a little oil. Grill 5-6 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
- Steam carrots 7 minutes. Add pechay and kangkong, steam 2-3 minutes more.
- Season vegetables lightly with salt. Plate fish with rice and vegetables.
