Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked (day-old) Brown Rice
- 2 pcs Chicken Egg, Extra Large
- 8 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 small, diced Onion
Steps
- Heat oil in wok over high heat until smoking. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry 1 minute until golden.
- Add cold rice. Press and toss aggressively over high heat for 3-4 minutes. You want some crust forming.
- Add soy sauce and black pepper. Toss well.
- Push rice to the side. Fry eggs in the same wok to your liking.
- Drizzle sesame oil over rice. Place egg on top.
- Serve immediately — fried rice loses texture quickly.
