Ingredients
- 100 grams beef sirloin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 piece egg
- to taste vinegar
Steps
- Rinse the beef sirloin under cold water and pat dry. Cut into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and mix until well-coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
- While the beef is cooking, in a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set.
- Transfer the beef and egg to a plate. Serve with rice, and vinegar on the side for dipping.
