  1. Start by heating some cooking oil in a pot. Sauté the garlic until it begins to brown, then add sliced onion and julienned ginger. Cook until the onion is soft.
  2. Add the pork loin pieces and stir until they turn light brown. Stir in the fish sauce and pour in the water.
  3. Cover the pot and simmer the mixture for about 30 minutes until the pork is tender. Adjust the heat to medium and add the pork liver and pork spleen, letting them cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, gently incorporate the coagulated pork blood, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Introduce the misua noodles and cook for a minute until softened. Sprinkle the Maggi Magic Sarap, and season with fish sauce and pepper.
  6. Finish by adding the hot pepper leaves. Cover and let the soup rest for a couple of minutes off the heat before serving.
