About AnoUlam

"Ano ulam?" is the question every Filipino household asks before a meal. AnoUlam helps home cooks, students, young professionals and families decide what to cook based on budget, what's in their kitchen and their nutrition goals.

Ingredient prices are based on the Department of Agriculture's price monitoring of 30 Metro Manila markets. Nutrition comes from USDA FoodData Central and the Philippine Food Composition Tables (FNRI).
